BioJessica. A Senior at Marshall University, a Junior in the Nursing Program. I love learning, I love helping people, and I believe I'll be a great nurse. Im always surprised to find myself not grossed out by all the things I have to do as a nurse. I never actually focus on the things people can't believe we do, and actually am thinking about how to get the job done and make sure my patients will be in better health and any risks to compromise that will be diminished when im through. I never used to be like that. Anything that involved working with people say, 5 years ago even, I was scared or hesitant about. Its amazing that my interest in anatomy changed that. I didn't want to be a nurse, but once i got through my first day at the hospital with my first patient, I knew I'd love it.
Im engaged to the most amazing Japanese guy in the world. Sorry to say it, but Japanese boys are just way better than American boys. Our story was great. I decided on a whim to take Japanese because i wanted to learn a language not common, and the culture is very interesting. My boy, Kenji, was my conversation partner, who helped me outside of class. Just like a movie, our relationship bloomed just by helping one another. He is the most amazing person to me. I've never felt like I could do anything, be anything, or feel perfect just being myself, until I met him. Im extremely blessed to have him in my life now and forever.
I have a great friend, whom I've shared way too many ups-and-downs with. We completely lost touch a year ago and just recently became friends again. It actually feels like life is better again. If i dont have her, i just feel like something is always missing.
Other than these things, personality-wise, what you dont get from what ive already said, Im a fun-loving girl, friendly, interested in new things, and easy to talk to.
